The Board will be meeting with our attorney at the next board meeting in early April to clarify some questions about NDS, now that it has been incorporated as a not-for-profit organization. If any members have any concerns, please let someone on the board know.

Esther R. reported that she has contacted Diane Ross about the NDS polo shirts and hooded sweatshirts. The gray and maroon shirts and sweatshirts were ordered from her before, so there would be no extra set-up fee. Esther is also looking into NDS caps.
